Groups Definition: All groups with 10 or more guests are considered a group booking. Group rates will not be provided to groups under 10 and should be booked online on our website.

Availablity: All group bookings will be assigned a reservation time based on availability at time of booking. This order form does not constitute as a confirmation. You will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm our availability and your reservation time

*Children: Children aged 12 and under must be supervised at all times. There is a minimum height restriction of 40 inches / 102 cm.

Bookings: Group reservations and rates will not be granted within 48 hours of arrival and must be purchased online or at the Flyover entrance gate

Late Payment: Any bookings that are not confirmed with a credit card and are left unpaid will be cancelled

Cancellations: Groups can cancel or reduce their group numbers up to 48 hours prior to the first day of service without penalty. 100% charges will apply for changes or cancellations made within 48 hours.

No-Show: In the event of a no show for a secured reservation, the full reservation will be applied if your group fails to contact us to advise of a cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled group tour time.
