If your organization is selected as a fundraising partner, Flyover will donate up to 10% of sales to you. Fill out the form below and apply to host your next fundraiser at Flyover!

Terms and Conditions: A fundraising request submission does not guarantee that you will be approved or selected for a fundraising event with Flyover. You will be required to provide documented proof of your organization's federal income tax exemption status and 501(c)(3) tax ID. Flyover reserves the right to approve or deny any request as they deem appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Flyover considers requests from charitable non-profit organizations that have received federal income tax exemption under IRC Section 501(c)(3). As part of our donation and charitable giving guidelines, Flyover is also limited to supporting local organizations near our attraction location here in Southern Nevada.

Example organizations, clubs and causes include, but are not limited to:

  • K – 12 school PTAs/PTOs
  • University Clubs
  • Youth Sport Teams
  • Non-Profit Organizations

Flyover does not partner and/or fundraise with individual causes, for profit ventures, religious based organizations, or political groups.

Flyover reserves the right to approve or deny any request as they deem appropriate.

Fundraising applications should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of your desired fundraising event date at Flyover.

A representative from Flyover will reach out to you directly via the contact information you provided in your application to provide a status of your fundraising request.

There is no set time limit on fundraisers, but they are typically scheduled for a 3 to 4 hour period on a select day of the week. A Flyover representative will collaborate with you on timing if your fundraising request is approved.

A minimum of $500 in ticket sales attributed to your fundraising event is required to be eligible to receive any proceeds.

Flyover will directly deposit proceeds within 45 days after your fundraising event date.

Flyover will provide promotional materials like flyers and social images with your fundraising event details so you can print, distribute and share your event as much as you want.

Supporters of your organization can buy tickets to Flyover through a special booking link that will provided to you upon fundraiser approval.

Flyover is unable to support off-site fundraisers at this time. However, we can support in different ways for select non-profit organizations through in-kind donations. To submit a donation request email info@flyoverlasvegas.com.
